How Do I Check-In My Children on Sundays?
Every child (Toddler – 5th grade) must check in on Sunday mornings. Each child must have a sticker that matches a parent sticker in order to release them to the correct parent. We are continuously blessed by new families and new volunteers who are all learning each other’s names and faces, so please remember that the volunteers must release your child(ren) to you. Safety is a priority for our children.
If you are new to TGF and our KidConnect program, please fill out a card at our check-in table. A volunteer will enter your information into our database to create the stickers for your family. You will also receive an email within 48 hours that will prompt you to login to our database, update your mailing address so that we can send your children “real mail”, and a place to upload a family picture so that we can get to know your names and faces.
Families who are already in our system can print out stickers by entering the family last name on the check-in screens located in the Common Area. A screen will appear listing all of the children with that family name. Please ONLY check your own children in, so that the parent sticker matches each child’s sticker. There is a volunteer nearby who can help you with anything you may need.
